Why certify

What certification does for your institution

A distinct market position

Offer something few institutions in your market can: the first years of an American degree, taught on your campus under a published, auditable US standard.

A licensed academic framework

You receive the complete Aptra framework — curriculum maps, syllabi outlines, assessment design, and quality-assurance protocols — under license, ready to implement.

A real transfer destination

Your students' pathway leads somewhere concrete: partner universities in the United States that have agreed on conditions for admitting Aptra-certified transfer students.

Institutional development

The annual audit cycle is also a development cycle. Faculty calibration, assessment moderation, and curriculum review raise the standard of your whole institution.

The path to certification

Certification in five steps

  1. Apply

Submit the application below with your institution's profile, programs, and capacity. Our certification team responds with an initial assessment and a document checklist.

  2. Review

We review your legal standing, governance, faculty qualifications, facilities, and student services against the Certified-Institution Requirements of the Aptra Standard.

  3. Alignment

Your academic team implements the Aptra curriculum framework — course mapping, syllabi, assessment design, and English-medium instruction — with our support.

  4. Certification

On passing the readiness audit, your institution is licensed as an Aptra Certified Institution and may enroll students into Aptra programs.

  5. Annual audit

Certification is maintained through an annual quality-assurance audit covering admissions, instruction, assessment integrity, and student outcomes.
